For those workers staying away from home and in need of good quality sleeping accommodation we can provide the Executive Range Sleeper building.
The buildings are provided with ample sized separate bedrooms for personal privacy and relaxation - each complete with a single bed. Each bedroom has space for sleeping, working, relaxing and storage of personal belongings. Our new three bedroom version includes a separate kitchen/ rest area.
Adjoining the bedrooms is an amenity room providing hot water shower, mains toilet , wash hand basin, mirror, extractor fan, electric shaver point and other features.
The Executive Sleeper has been designed and manufactured to the highest standards and complies to Doc “L” of current Building Regulations. It has high insulation values and been fire engineered to give a safe fire performance. Window guards are fitted externally to resist theft and vandalism.
